We guarantee that all Pegasus furniture products strictly adhere to national standards for environmental protection, quality, and performance.

I. Service Scope:

1. Pre-sales Service: We provide free professional advice, conduct on-site surveys to minimize design layout errors, assess the environmental impact of furniture materials, and create a safe and comfortable office environment. We proactively coordinate with decoration or wiring companies to determine optimal wiring locations and provide comprehensive and efficient furniture solutions.

2. In-sales Service: According to your confirmed plan and other agreements in the sales contract, we strictly complete product production tasks in terms of quality, quantity, and time. During production, we invite clients to visit the processing site and observe the production process. After completion, products undergo rigorous factory inspection before release. We organize transportation to ensure products arrive undamaged at your designated location for installation. After installation, both parties jointly inspect the products. If quality issues are found, the company will repair or replace them immediately to ensure normal use.

3. After-sales Service: Includes routine maintenance, follow-up visits, disassembly, reassembly, and record keeping.

II. Responsibilities, Measures, and Service Response Time:

Dear customer, thank you for using Pegasus products. After furniture installation, upon your request, we offer free training on product maintenance, performance, and harmful substance prevention and control. While providing you with high-quality, environmentally friendly products, we outline the following warranty details:

1. One-Year Warranty Service: From the date of contract signing, the company provides free repairs for parts replaced due to quality issues during the warranty period. (Damage caused by human factors or force majeure is not covered under the free warranty.)

2. Lifetime Repair Service: After the warranty period, if quality issues arise, we will provide on-site repairs. For repairs involving part replacements, the company will charge for the cost of parts.

3. Free Telephone and On-site Inspection Service: A follow-up phone call will be made within one week of installation and acceptance. If requested, we will provide a free on-site inspection. A second follow-up call will be made after three months, and another after two years, to ensure normal product use and address any issues.

4. The following situations will void your warranty:

4.1. Damage caused by human factors or force majeure is not covered under the free warranty. For product damage caused by the client or force majeure, our company is obligated to assist in the paid replacement of parts, charging only reasonable repair costs.

4.2. Damage caused by improper handling or self-disassembly of furniture is not covered under the free warranty.

4.3. Glassware and fragile parts (from the date of joint acceptance) are not covered under the free warranty.

4.4. Samples and discounted products are not covered under the free warranty.

4.5. Damage caused by craftsmanship deficiencies in customer-supplied products is not covered under the warranty. If quality issues arise due to craftsmanship deficiencies during use, the company will send professional personnel to investigate on-site and is obligated to assist in the paid replacement of parts, charging only reasonable repair costs.

III. Warranty Scope for Various Furniture Types:

1. Wooden Furniture: Blistering or peeling of the surface finish; cracks or breaks in the tabletop; peeling of the edging; significant wobbling of table-type products (slight wobbling of metal table legs is normal); loose hardware.

2. Metal Furniture and Accessories: Bending or deformation; peeling of the coating.

3. Upholstered Furniture: Deformation or sagging of the covering; cracked seams; malfunctioning lifting mechanism; wobbling frame; blistering, peeling, or cracking of the coating.

IV. Our company is not liable for any consequential losses beyond the furniture itself resulting from furniture defects.

V. Product Refurbishment

Pegasus provides refurbishment services for screens and chairs, as needed by the client.

VI. Service Hotline:

Our company has a dedicated after-sales service department and hotline, staffed with professional repair personnel. Upon receiving your after-sales service request, we will respond within 2 hours and resolve your issue within 6 hours. For exceptional circumstances, we will communicate and coordinate with you to complete the repair.
